Presentation of the remortgage offer

If you are satisfied with the bank agreement we obtained, we will contact the bank directly to open the bank account and set up the expertise.

The appraisal of the property, called "Avaliação", allows the bank to check the coherence between the expected value and the marketing value of the property.

It has to be paid by the customer and will take place as soon as you have transferred the amount to the new bank account.

Bank account opening + Appraisal

Once the conditions have been pre-approved and if you are satisfied with the bank agreement we obtained, our broker will put you in touch directly with the bank to open the bank account and set up the appraisal  of the property.

The appraisal of the property, called "Avaliação", allows the bank to check the coherence between the expected value and the marketing value of the property.

Final deed

If the value of the property is in line with its purchase value, the bank will proceed directly to the issue the final loan offer.

The offer is issued the next days after the return of the "Avaliação".

You will be able to sign the final deed 8 days after the date of issue of the final offer.
